Refund Policy

Our goal at Nov2Pro is to provide you with a valuable and effective learning experience. If you are not satisfied with a course, we offer a refund in accordance with the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available for courses within 7 days of enrollment, provided that the course has not been more than 50% completed.
If you have accessed more than 50% of the course content, you are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will not be granted for bundled courses, exams, or services purchased outside of course enrollment.

2. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must submit a request to our support team at [support@nov2pro.com] within the eligibility period. Be sure to include:

Your name and email address.
Course name and enrollment details.
A brief explanation of why you are requesting the refund.

3. Processing Time

Once your refund request is received, it will be processed within 10 business days. If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

If there is any suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Refunds for special offers, promotional discounts, or courses purchased with credits may not be applicable.
